Q. Can I call Directory Enquiries?

 

No, not at present.  The reason is that we are unable to keep track of the multiple, variable charges incurred when Directory Enquiries then connect callers to these services.  We are currently looking at a number of options which will enable us to connect these calls, and we will update customers when we have more detail.
