Q. How do I set up an email account?

We recommend using Outlook Express, and the instructions for this are on the attached document.

If you use any other programme for your email, visit the link below and follow the instructions accordingly, using the downloadable document to give you some guidance as to the required settings.

Remember that you must select “My Server Requires Authentication” in the instructions, as are servers are closed and require outgoing emails to be authenticated. NOTE:- in Outlook 2007, there is an anomaly that is yet to be explained, and so if emails will not be sent, you should remove this setting and retry.
