Yes, for the SNOM range of phones. Instructions to do this using the Snom add-on are at http://www.snom.com/wiki/index.php/Outlook_Add_In

To find the IP address of your phone:

• SNOM 190/Elmeg 290: Press LEFT arrow twice and then the button under "IPAdr"

• SNOM 300: On the silver button, press DOWN arrow once, then UP arrow once and then TICK.

• SNOM 320/360: Press HELP button and then the button under "IPAdr"

The HTTP port is 80 unless it has been altered specifically.
