Q. What are the costs of VoIP calls?

The costs of VoIP calls can be seen from the table below.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There are 2 charges for our VoIP service. Firstly, we have a monthly line rental for using the service. Secondly, when you make a call from your VoIP phone to a normal telephone we will charge you for the call. The exception to this is customers who have UK unlimited or International unlimited calls.

We bill by the second, and there is minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls.

Prices quoted do not include VAT.

Calls which are diverted to landlines or mobile phones are charged at the standard rate.

*Peak times are 8am to 6pm.

In addition, we have 34 countries that you can call for 1.5 pence per minute - see below.
